Enoteca Italiana - 07.03.06

On the other side of Siena there's an old fortress. For some reason this fortress contains a wine bar. It looks and feels very much like a tasting room in Napa or Sonoma, and they even offer wine classes on weekends. Their English is like our Italian, though, so we have trouble figuring out what we can taste by the glass. We grab a table, order a bottle of Chianti Classico, and drink it while waiting for our bus. Fortunately, the bus stop is not far.
